北极星储能网获悉,2月6日,青海省科学技术厅发布《科技支撑引领青海碳达峰碳中和实施方案》。
《方案》中提到,促进清洁能源高效开发利用,立足青海绿电资源优势,集中力量开展复杂大电网安全稳定运行和控制,大容量风电、高效光伏、大容量储能、低成本可再生能源制氢等基础创新。秉持“源网荷储”系统理念,开展风光水火储多能互补、智能电网、储能、可再生能源与氢能集成利用关键技术研究。
推动发展“新能源+储能”,开展物理和化学储能、新能源汽车、氢能利用在电力削峰填谷、提高电网对高比例可再生能源的消纳和调控能力等方面的应用研究。开展农光渔与光储结合的分布式应用示范。
